**About the role**

As a Principal Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) System Procurement Project, which oversees the specification, contracting, and purchasing of essential items for Queensland Government's significant capital investment in health infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating strategic engagement efforts across key projects within the FFE System Procurement Project, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Champion strategic engagement efforts, fostering collaboration among key stakeholders and project leaders.
- Forge lasting relationships across Queensland Health, ensuring seamless information exchange and collaboration.
- Provide expert guidance on engagement strategies, empowering project teams to excel in their initiatives.
- Lead engagement endeavors on critical projects, working hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders.
- Offer invaluable insights on best practice engagement, driving the development of effective procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of service quality and safety, ensuring excellence in all endeavors.
