**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Manage the day to day administration requirements of the (work unit) to achieve administrative compliancy by providing specific support to the Nurse Unit Managers.
- Maintain mandatory documentation for filing, archiving and storage in line with the State Archiving regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret nursing rosters, to ensure accuracy.
- Provide administration support to committees and meetings as required by the Nurse Unit Manager. Including distribution of agendas, booking meeting venues, production of minutes and following up meeting actions.
