Administration Officer

South East Regional office based in the Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast supports the region's fleet management, training coordination and uniform orders.
In the Administration Officer AO3 role you will manage, maintain, respond to, and advise on many aspects that relate to fleet management, training and uniform coordination and use systems such as MyQFleet, SharePoint, O365 Teams, ESS, QSS enquiries, Financial Reporter, and Microsoft Suite during research and processing.
You will be a member of the business support team and may at times be required to back up and relieve in other Administration Officer AO3 roles during staff absence. These can include supporting the Ministerial Executive Correspondence System (MECS) and correspondence mailbox; HR processing; booking accommodation; processing staff claims for allowances; on site incoming and outgoing mail duties.
Mandatory requirements
You must hold a current unrestricted manual driver's license or be prepared to obtain a manual license if you do not. You do not require tertiary qualifications to undertake this position, however a related discipline will be highly regarded.
