We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Services - Building Attendant and play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy hands-on tasks, then this role is perfect for you

**What you’ll be doing**

As an Office Services - Building Attendant working for Kmart Group, you will:

- Efficiently manage mail sorting, distribution, and dispatch, ensuring every delivery is prompt and precise.
- Handle various types of mail and conduct deliveries within our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate samples, general deliveries, and catalogue distribution with precision and efficiency.
- Manage courier services and assist with document management to ensure our operations run seamlessly.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, couriers, and internal teams, providing prompt and professional support.
- Ensure the safe operation of our loading dock, handling goods and coordinating deliveries effectively.
- Consign parcels for interstate and overseas shipments, contributing to our expansive operations.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills for professional interactions.
- A team-oriented and proactive mindset, coupled with the capability to handle equipment such as walkie stackers/pallet jacks and large trolleys/freight cages.
- Knowledge of mailroom and loading dock operations to hit the ground running.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to operate equipment and perform manual handling tasks safely.
- Flexibility to assist with various Facilities Team duties as required.
