This role is based in a modern, spacious office in Mulgrave. You'll be part of a high-performing work environment while still enjoying a warm and welcoming culture. Plus, you'll have the flexibility of working from home two days a week.

**The Role**

You'll play a central role in ensuring clients and customers receive exceptional support through your diligent sales administration. This role is pivotal for delivering top-notch service and will evolve into a position where you independently manage your portfolio of valued clients.

As a Client Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries.
- Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that follow-up actions are directed to the right recipients.
- Conducting daily follow-ups on documentation from clients and insurers.
- Handling invoice reconciliation.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
