Customer Care role within Medical Devices, $65-70,000 + super
**Your new company**
This international company with their Australian Head office based in Macquarie Park offer medical device solutions for their business clients. Their products range from standard to customised for individuals and will improve the daily life of the end user. Their offices are modern and come with loads of natural light, friendly and informative team and managers.
**Your new role**
As front line customer service you will predominately take inbound calls from b2b customers with enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and time frames. As everything is manufactured and designed on site you will be able to answer any query with ease (following in depth and structured training). There is also an element of complaint handling and problem-solving. All information is recorded in Salesforce.
