**About the role**

As the **Lead Developer - Customer Platform, **reporting into the Head of Customer Platform, this role will guide and lead the development team with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the interfaces supporting these platforms. You are to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders on initiatives. You will manage a complex set of dependencies and work with tight timeframes to achieve outcomes.

**About you**
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing technology platforms, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- A proven track record on Marketing Cloud implementations
- Experience working with data / data integrations
- Familiarity with web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTML, XML, AMPScript, CSS, JQuery
- Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs
- Ability to closely with developers and functional consultants to develop and implement highly engaging solutions
- Ability to interact with both technical & non-technical stakeholders to implement solutions based on defined business requirements
- Experience working in an agile environment using tools such as JIRA
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts with key stakeholders
