About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team in Brisbane and Sydney. As the primary receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional front-desk service and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise a team of receptionists to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Document standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage budget planning and resource allocation for reception, ensuring compliance with the Clerk award.
  • Ensure all aspects of administration are completed in a timely and professional manner, including mail, invoice processing, and answering phone calls and queries.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
About You
  • Significant experience leading a team in a frontline, customer-facing environment, such as a corporate office reception, contact centre, retail store, or medical reception.
  • Ability to work in the Strathpine office 5 days per week between 7:30am and 5:00pm, with occasional travel to Sydney.
  • Experience creating and managing team rosters.
  • Understanding of the complexity and limitations of managing staff on the Clerks Award.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication skills, and professionalism.
  • Expertise in documenting and streamlining processes to create consistency and excellence.
