As the Customer Service Agent - Sales Desk, your role will involve issuing and accenting for documents such as Passenger Tickets, Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD), Manual Excess Baggage Tickets and GST Tax Invoices.

You'll have
- Working knowledge and experience in fares and ticketing, are essential to be considered for this role. Examples of this include AQIRE and Altea Customer Management- Demonstrated commitment to customer service delivery with proven success in a customer facing role- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle customers in a tactful manner- Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate decisions whilst maintaining optimum service levels and on time performance- Effective, supportive and enthusiastic communication skills with a flexible attitude and ability to model, influence and encourage positive behaviour- The ability to work shift work - Your shift could start as early as 0500 or end as late as 2100.
