**YOUR ROLE**

Join us as a Change and Communications Specialist within the Enterprise Risk & Operations function of the Group Risk business unit for a 12-month fixed term role.

Reporting to the Manager, Initiative Effectiveness, this role will see you providing change and communications support to Group Risk Initiatives to enable the effective delivery of change initiatives that align to the Group Risk Strategy and Plan.

In this role, you will provide the support, tools, knowledge, guidance, and quality assurance for change and communications for Group Risk teams and initiatives. Additionally, you will significantly contribute to the uplift of communications within Group Risk, and from Group Risk to the business.

This is a **12-month fixed term** role based in **Sydney, NSW**.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated communications and change management experience
- Previous project management and/or implementation experience (desirable)
- Experience in Financial Services, ideally General Insurance (desirable)
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Experience providing education, training or communications
- Ability to document complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
- Mature and professional approach to engaging and negotiating with business stakeholders at all levels
