About the Role

UNSW Australia is seeking a highly skilled Change Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored communications strategy to support the adoption of our innovation culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive change communications plan to engage stakeholders and promote the benefits of our innovation culture.
  • Lead the change communications process, including stakeholder engagement, content development, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality communications materials, including reports, presentations, and social media content.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders to enhance their communication skills and engage their teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change communications plan and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in change communications, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant training.
