**You'll be responsible for**
- Implement quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Perform quality assurance assessments for the Customer Relations function and provide feedback to support improved complaint outcomes.
- Monitor, analyse and report on enterprise wide Complaints QA results.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational processes, products, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyse data and metrics to track quality performance and identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports and findings to management and stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

**About you**
- Proven experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a related field within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including RG271 and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive quality improvements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards across all operational areas.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
