Quality Assurance Expert for Banking Operations

At AMP, we're seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Business Risk & Financial Crime team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that banking processes and services meet established quality standards.

About the Role

This position involves identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies through quality checking to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. You'll be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating various aspects of the bank's activities to improve the overall quality of banking services, mitigate risks, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on team and agent/team member trends
  • Facilitating training/calibration sessions with respective teams
  • Performing quality checks on Lending processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Conducting root cause analysis and providing insights
  • Supporting Australia team with trend analysis
  • Supporting loan servicing and collection teams by providing training and coaching on quality standards
  • Performing quality assurance over agreed interactions and administration processes to assess the quality of service provided and areas of opportunity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role within the banking industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills
  • Prior training experience
  • Knowledge of lending, banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including salary, superannuation, and annual leave.
