Organisational Change and Development Manager

We are looking for a switched-on organisational change and development manager to support the development of organisational capability and effectiveness in the IT Department.

You will:
- Design and implement organisational development strategies, frameworks and solutions to build organisational effectiveness and performance that are aligned to IT department and Bank strategy- Drive co-ordination and co-operation in the IT department and with other parts of the Bank in support of organisational capability development and target operating model implementation.- Define the strategic workforce plan for the IT department- Drive succession planning strategies to align talent acquisition, performance management and leadership development goals and strategies- Develop workforce strategies that enable the department and Bank to adapt to changing skill requirements, technology advancement as well as fostering resilience to adapt to evolving workplace dynamics- Drive an integrated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy for the Bank, ensuring we make progress and deliver on our goals and commitments- Provide consulting and coaching services to people leaders on more complex or large scale issues and initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace- Contribute to fostering an environment of continuous development, ensuring that our people are at the centre of our design and implementation approaches- Contribute to operational effectiveness and simplification initiatives within and across the IT department

You will have- Extensive experience in organisational development and transformation demonstrating strong skills in change management (people, process, system) to achieve desired organisational outcomes- Capable to advise and influence senior and executive leaders drawing on insights and expertise- Deep understanding of DE&I practices and ability to integrate DE&I strategies into all aspects of the employee life cycle- Considerable experience building and implementing solutions using human centred design and agile methodologies- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes- Experience engaging and managing third parties, such as consulting and professional services, in support of organisational change and development outcomes.- Solid experience with the specific needs of IT organisational capability development- Familiarity with IT operations and processes best practice and frameworks, such as ITIL and COBIT- Demonstrated experience in Board reporting as well as executive level presentation skills- Substantial experience integrating organisational development strategies, frameworks and principles into people solutions to drive a positive employee experience, achieve behavioural change, and enable the achievement of organisational goals and objectives- Solid experience in coaching leaders at all levels and the design and delivery of leadership and learning programs that align to business strategy and contribute to organisational performance- In-depth knowledge of the science of organisational development, methodologies, change theories, principles, and practices
