In this role, you will be responsible for increasing change management capability across Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) so that people are at the centre of change activities. The Organisational Change Team is measured on its ability to effectively plan and deliver change programs that effectively embed new systems, processes and behaviours such that the forecast business benefits can be realised.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Oversee, ensure, and enable change to be delivered in line with the Change Management Framework and group methodologies
- Build the capability to provide visibility of change resources (numbers and utilisation rates by role) and facilitate matching of demand and supply across the business.
- Manage a portfolio of change initiatives and acts as an interface between the project, the business, and other projects to ensure proposed changes will integrate seamlessly and are scheduled optimally
- Ensure, oversee and enable the assessment of the prevailing environment, scoping and definition of change across multiple projects to ensure outcomes and expected benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the overall project/initiative.
- Always looking for a better way to deliver change management outcomes aligned to strategic objectives and within risk appetite and regulatory frameworks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field.
- A strong track record of change management experience with at least 10 years demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change programs across large scale transformations
- Experience building change capability and ways of working to uplift overall change maturity and embed behavioural change
- Demonstrate the ability to coach and lead collaborative work practices across both direct and indirect reports
- Significant experience using collaborative techniques in large workshops to drive outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, including demonstrated experience facilitating groups to solve complex issues and progress initiatives constructively
