We are currently seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager with exceptional stakeholder relationship and communication skills to be a part of a major government organisation.

Our client, a major
**government organisation**, are currently undergoing a major Transformation Program and are seeking an
**Organisational Change Manager **to be based in Sydney.

The Organisational Change Manager will be accountable for managing all change management activities in alignment with current programs, resources, tools and support mechanisms that are already in place and supplement identified gaps with new resources and tools based on a number of key priority areas.

**To be considered for this opportunity you will have.**
- Experience in managing transformational change in a large-scale matrix organization
- Delivery experience of large-scale enterprise solutions in complex and challenging environments
- In-depth experience of delivering business change, with demonstrated strength in working with business implementation and technical partners to understand the change being introduced, and in response formulate an appropriate change approach and plan
- This role is paying market rates depending on skills and experience.

**Some of the Key accountabilities**
- Lead and manage stakeholder engagement and communication, including department specific context.
- Lead and manage stakeholder identification, analysis and alignment.
- Monitor and provide feedback on stakeholder progress and development of the most appropriate strategies/interventions for implementation
