Nova Business Services are a very successful and respected Bookkeeping business based in Carrum Downs.

We specialise in providing Bookkeeping services for small to medium business. We assist clients with services such as; Data Entry, Payroll, Processing bill payments, bank reconciliations, GST calculations and ATO reporting requirements.

**ABOUT THE OPPORUNITY**

Due to the significant growth of the firm, there is now an opportunity for an administration assistant to join the team.

Duties will include:

- Providing administration support to a team
- Reception support, including answering telephones and greeting clients.
- Assisting with administration functions relating to the Australian Taxation Office and ASIC; and
- General office duties.

**ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Team player.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional presentation.
- A current drivers licence.
- The ability to perform at a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administration in essential (preferably within an Accounting firm - but not essential)
- Min. Cert 3 in bookkeeping

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: One location
