We are looking for an Administration superstar We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual who thrives on a challenge to join our team.

As an Administration Trainee, you will be working towards obtaining a Certificate III in Business Administration. This qualification will help you to establish a career in business administration. Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include Receptionist, Accounts Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Junior Personal Assistant and Office Administration Assistant.

Nova Business Services are a very successful and respected Bookkeeping business based in Carrum Downs.

We specialise in providing Bookkeeping services for small to medium business. We assist clients with services such as; Data Entry, Payroll, Processing bill payments, bank reconciliations, GST calculations and ATO reporting requirements.

**ABOUT THE OPPORUNITY**

Due to the significant growth of the firm, there is now an opportunity for a trainee administration assistant to join the team.

Duties will include:

- Providing administration support to a team
- Reception support, including answering telephones and greeting clients.
- Assisting with administration functions relating to the Australian Taxation Office and ASIC; and
- General office duties.

**ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Team player.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional presentation.
- A current drivers licence.
- The ability to perform at a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administration would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Willing to undertake study for Certificate III in Business Administration

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carrum Downs, VIC 3201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
