Our client is a National Organisation dedicated to saving lives and employs over 3000 employees across a number of services. There is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual seeking to develop a career in HR Services ( Internal Recruitment). The role focuses primarily on the administration of the recruitment of high volume roles, supporting the recruitment needs of a nominated client portfolio. This is a temporary position starting asap for a period of minimum of 6 month ongoing
**Responsibilities and Role Requirements**:
- Provide administrative support to HR Consultant
- Demonstrated recruitment administration experience working in a similar role
- Experience using an online recruitment applicant tracking system
- Strong customer and quality focus
- Demonstrated office administration experience
- Ability to display initiative, and exercise judgement to make sound decisions in a timely manner
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently to meet critical timeframes
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
- An understanding of social media and passive talent attraction through career portals such as Seek Talent Search & LinkedIn
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Previous HR Administration experience desirable
