Ea/office Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain an interactive, high energy, and supportive culture
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including building maintenance, office supplies management, and vendor relations
- Organise company-wide staff events (annual team summit, monthly meetings, EOFY, team lunches, marketing events
- Provide administrative support to the Managing consultants including calendar management, travel coordination, and expenses management
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery to high standards
- Manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Foster a positive work environment and culture by planning and organizing office events and celebrations
- Support the broader team with any requirements to assist with the delivery of consulting and support services
- Creating correspondence including memos, announcements and presentations to all Staff
- Active participation in the Workplace Health & Safety Committee, including safety and security measures as well as Statutory regulations - Insurances, Govt Legislative requirements
- Exercise your initiative in managing the position’s workload to ensure business continuity
- Flexible and able to adapt style to meet requirements of different situations and stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or executive assistant roles
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
