Overview:
**About the role**
Training will be provided to our new team members by our highly experienced team of Premium and Credit Experts.
**Responsibilities**:
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:
- Supporting with general Premium administrative duties such as generating letters and formal correspondence, and accurately recording information and documentation relating to Employer’s Insurance Premiums
- Utilising Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes and contact notes
Qualifications:
**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess**:
- Experience within a role focussed Premium and/or debt collection will be ideal for your success within this position
- A dedication to customer service, in particular phone-based service
- High attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Great communications skills
- PC literacy, administration/Microsoft Office experience
