**Your new role**
- ** Administrative Management**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation. Coordinate meetings and manage schedules.
- ** Financial Support**:
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, donations, and grants. Collaborate with finance teams.
- ** Community Engagement**:
- Engage with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Organise events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns. Foster a sense of community within the organisation.
- ** Grant Applications**:
- Prepare grant proposals and ensure compliance. Monitor grant progress and reporting.
- ** Advocacy and Communication**:
- Communicate the organization’s mission and impact.
- Advocate for social causes and collaborate with other non-profits.
Manage social media and outreach efforts
