Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adidas. This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of our Retail Operations by supporting the implementation of our Retail strategy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, store operations general support, and store development support. This includes coordinating assigned project work/global initiatives, preparing pre-project analysis, tracking progress, running surveys, training users, enhancing/optimizing initiatives and processes, reporting through MSTR daily sales reporting, BPMs submissions, reporting and assessment of business partners performance, campaigns, incentive programs, etc., store opening/closure/renovation process coordination, process optimization via GSOM/DTC audit, SPOT maintenance, acting as a single point of contact for retail initiatives and best practices for market, working closely with trading and implementation for each excellence project, retail excellence via assessment of markets' needs and building project plans to improve overall Net sales, KPI, Bottom line and cost saving measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate assigned project work/global initiatives to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives.
  • Store Operations General Support: Reporting through MSTR daily sales reporting, BPMs submissions for the UAE, reporting and assessment of business partners performance, campaigns, incentive programs, etc.
  • Store Development Support: Retail Assist and support in managing office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate records of all information related to projects for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management, facilitated submission of all documents to respective departments through regular audits, aid in the preparation of project proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and relevant project documentation.
Requirements
  • University or College Degree
  • 2 years of relevant functional experience, ideally with direct Retail experience and exposure to project management/coordination
  • Understanding of Retail, Finance, Control
  • Industry experience in Sports/Fashion/FMCG
