**The Job..**
Reporting through to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Manage the day to day sales activities of the Sales and Client Services team across phone sales, retail face to face sales and web enquiries.
- Oversee and report on sales and client service activities to identify any service gaps and enhance workflow.
- Actively involved in industry networking events to continually build on the client base, enhance reach and develop opportunities.
- Ensure sales and client service targets are met.
- Collaborate with accounts and operations to ensure a smooth sales process and identify any gaps.
- Focus on continual improvement processes across the group.
- Mentor, develop and build the Sales and Client Service team to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
- Work closely with the marketing team to match marketing material to drive sales and meet targets.
- Develop tailored and innovative sales solutions for key clients.
- Contribute to IT projects to drive better client experience and suggest system enhancements to aid reporting.
- Develop office sales strategies so that the Sales and Client Service Execs shine.
