**Your new role**
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support. Your responsibilities will include:
- ** Understanding KPIs, Targets, and Standards**: You’ll be well-versed in key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring that you meet and exceed them consistently.
- ** Building Strong Customer Relationships**: You’ll engage with customers, listen actively, and empathise to understand their needs.
- ** Problem Solving**: When faced with challenges, you’ll think critically and find effective solutions. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly will be essential.
- ** Exceptional Telephone Manner**: You’ll handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information, addressing enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- ** Attention to Detail**: From recording customer interactions to processing requests, your exceptional eye for detail will ensure accuracy and quality.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- ** Experience**: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we also welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

**Cert 3 in Financial services or experience in banking sector preferred**
