**Description**:
The Role
This is a permanent full time, role that offers FWA. This role will see you responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care & support services that are person-centred, committed to achieving client’s individual goals. You will also be charged with new client acquisition through sector engagement and networking across Western Sydney to support our business growth. Must have knowledge and experience in managing Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting or care facility. Cality Care want to make a positive contribution within the Disability space and are looking for similar minded professionals.
You will be part of a dynamic working environment which will provide opportunity for ongoing training and support throughout your career. This is a client facing role that will see you on the road in and around Western Sydney.
**To succeed in the role you must have but not limited to**:
Have suitable and relevant qualifications.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and a strong understanding of NDIS / ROC.
Experience with behavioural management plans, restrictive practices and behaviours of concerns / high medical needs, manual handling, and medications.
Demonstrated capacity to manage critical issues and deal with challenging situations.
A sound understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written, including well-developed negotiation, conflict management and resolution.
Hold an unrestricted driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Open to undergo pre-employment checks including current NDIS Worker Screening.
Relevant immunisation paperwork.
Time management and organisational skills & ability to manage competing priorities.
