**The Role & Project**
MACA are seeking a Site Administrator for a full-time permanent position working an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a high level of support to the site-based team across maintenance and production.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
- Previous experience in a site-based administration role.
- Experience in mobilising personnel to site including arranging accommodation, training, flights and roster management.
- Data entry experience including payroll and reporting.
- Ability to prepare and complete purchase requisitions and purchase orders including receipting and invoice reconciliation.
- Ability to coordinate supplies - delivery to and from sites.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office package.
- Experience with Pronto and SAP is preferred but not essential.
- Current WA driver's licence.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high attention to detail.
