**What you’ll do**:
In this position, you will assist our customers with questions they have regarding our solar design tool. Your goal will be to respond to customer enquiries received via live chat in an accurate and timely manner, and escalate where appropriate. This is your opportunity to engage with thousands of solar installer and retailers in the renewable and solar sector.
**We’re looking for**:
- Passion for solar energy and renewables.
- Customer service or customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Domain knowledge in solar energy.
- Ability to work independently.
- An effective problem solver.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience creating business documentation.
- Experience documenting and reporting bugs.
