**About the role**

Join our passionate, supportive, and friendly Early Learning Services team in this full-time permanent opportunity as a Quality and Compliance Lead.

Ensure compliance and ongoing accreditation with state and federal legislation, support and lead the assessment rating process, establish and review policies and contribute to quality improvement frameworks, goals and principles.

**About you**

You’ll be experienced in supporting quality improvement and compliance initiatives and have a keen eye for detail. Along with this you’ll also have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Childhood Education or Early Childhood
- Extensive experience in supporting compliance with a quality framework in a multi-disciplinary organisation
- Ability to interpret, analyse and implement regulation policy changes
- Experience in developing, monitoring, auditing and improving quality practice and systems
- Prior experience in data management and interpretation
- Able to drive and lead change
- Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
