**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead our Industrial Services team, at Origin Energy’s Eraring Power Station.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Managing services onsite including industrial and commercial cleaning, site security, waste management, grounds maintenance and general building and facilities maintenance.
- Quoting, allocating and managing work orders with a view to operational efficiency.
- Maintenance planning and scheduling for site activities and works.
- Managing a budget with a view to maximum cost effectiveness.
- Provide reporting and analysis on operational performance to budgeting to the client.
- Lead Veolia’s ‘Always Safe’ Charter with the team and stakeholders.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Management or supervisory experience, preferably in a heavy industry environment
- A strong understanding of business operations, including people management, stakeholder management and budgets.
- Strong leadership skills where you are able to lead and develop a diverse and robust workforce.
- A high level of computer, time management and communication skills.
