The Metro Tunnel Project (MTP) is a transformational public transport project that will bring more trains to your suburb and reduce travel times by running the busy Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sunbury lines through a new tunnel. By untangling the City Loop, more trains can run more often across Melbourne.

We’ve finished digging twin 9km tunnels, and construction is underway on 5 new stations and testing of the new High Capacity Signalling system that will enable turn-up-and-go services.

**Change & Engagement Lead** to join the MTP Team.

**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change & Engagement Lead to join the MTP/RNA Project. This role is responsible for developing and delivering of change activities that will be integrated changes into RNA. You’ll be a trusted partner using your knowledge, influence, and innovative ideas to raise the bar on how we continually engage with MTM stakeholders to support the required change activities.

This role is a
**fulltime, max-term until May 2024.**:

- As an MTM employee, you will have access to free travel along the network._

**Responsibilities**
- You’ll provide specialist advice to stakeholders in relation to the execution of the change management framework whilst process mapping and creating engagement plans
- Lead on the management of Cultural and Behavioural Change issues
- Implement creative and engaging campaigns which support RNA and MTM business strategy
- You’ll Support the execution of Change Management strategies for RNA projects
- Identify potential risks and anticipated resistance to change and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns through engagement and communication methods
- You’ll provide support and assist the team to with managing the project plan deliverables for the change area
- Work with a range of different internal stakeholders to support project implementation

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or Project Management
- Experience in internal, third-party and government negotiations
- Experience in using project and change management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex stakeholder/s group simultaneously
