Our Camper Experience team creates first-class environments and experiences for our Campers (that's what we call our employees). We are a hybrid workforce with our employees distributed across APAC, North America and EMEA. The Workplace and Camper Experience Lead is responsible for guiding a team of Experience Partners who ensure our workspaces are a great place to work and organise events and celebrations that foster connection and belonging for our Campers. This role is crucial to ensuring an amazing experience is had by all when in our Melbourne office, and will require you to be onsite 5 days per week. **You will**
- Lead a global team of workplace and experience experts that oversee the daily operations of our global offices and organise employee events, taking responsibility for the Melbourne office
- Contribute to our thinking on how to enhance the workspaces in which our Campers work - whether that is in our offices or from home
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to shape programs that support our hybrid way of working
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan that creates memorable experiences that bring our Campers together, both virtually and in person, to foster connection and a sense of belonging
**You have**
- Experience managing workplace experience, services and facility management, along with overseeing a budget
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that see you quickly build strong and trusted relationships across all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
- Experience liaising and negotiating with contractors, employees, facilities professionals and other stakeholders
