What to Expect
- Tesla is seeking a skilled Real Estate Coordinator to help support our continued growth in ANZ.
- In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Manager in all Real Estate duties, along with daily processing of administrative tasks to support the team.
- You will work in a cross functional role coordinating the Construction, Facilities & Design manager with programs, contract admin, and ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
- In addition, you will be involved in assisting with various critical tasks and projects when required across Real Estate, Design & Facilities. This role will give an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual wanting to establish a career within Tesla a solid foundation for growth with applicable learnt skills and industry knowledge.
- Currently we have 36 sites across AUS and NZ with projections of another 25 to be added to the portfolio, this will free up time for the team, to do regular walk throughs and updates on existing sites.
What You’ll Do
- Works closely with real estate, project management, design, legal and finance teams throughout the lifecycle of real estate deals
- Manage portfolio database
- TRT review and changes
- Support with Lease executions
- Insurances administration
- ATP decks
- Research by gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and other market data to identify and prioritize key markets
- Create and prepare site evaluation packages
What You’ll Bring
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and driving continuous improvements
- Familiarity with workflow processes, internal procedures and purchase orders
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a face paced environment.
