**About the role**

Developers write and test code and optimise software for speed and capability. They support the design, testing and maintenance of new and existing software systems.

Developers require an understanding of software development methodologies and project and programme management frameworks and policies.

**APS4 Associate Developer**
The Associate Developer creates software and technical design for the realisation of low complexity development solutions. They contribute to the analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities.

Associate Developers undertake their work to achieve results in line with agreed goals and business plans.

**APS5 Developer**
The APS5 Developer creates software and technical designs for the realisation of moderately complex development solutions. They assist in the analysis of technical requirements to support the evaluation of proposed solutions.

Developers support analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities. Developers require an understanding of software development methodologies and project and program management frameworks and policies. It is highly desirable that they have experience in software development within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Developers use their in-depth knowledge to provide technical advice and guidance to less experienced staff.

Developers work under the support and general direction of senior staff. They exercise a degree of independent judgement and make decisions within defined parameters that require reliance on skills and knowledge.

The Developer undertakes their work in the context of competing priorities and contributes to changes in workplace practices and business improvement strategies.

Website Developer
- Website Developer will need to have a good understanding in Web related technologies, namely Drupal and WordPress. They should have an understanding of using back-end technologies related to the website development.

Smart Forms developer
- Smartforms developers will need experience in building with Smart Forms using tools such as SmartIQ and Maestro technologies. They will need Experience and/or knowledge in common web programming languages, such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, building web services with a sound understanding of the HTML Document Object Model and XML structures.

Siebel Developer
- Develop data migration and data load packages using Enterprise Integration Manager.

Fusion Middleware Developer
- Demonstrated experience in integration of various systems in some or all of the following technologies: Siebel, SAP, OPA, ADFS,.NET and Java

Development in Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) services;
