As the standout Concierge, your job is to ensure staff and all visitors to the Clemenger Group office (located in Walsh Bay) are greeted and attended to in an exemplary manner. You will need to demonstrate exceptional people and organisational skills, capable of working in a fast-paced office environment and a passion for the Clemenger Group and its companies that are housed in the Sydney office.

**Responsibilities**:
Being part of our concierge team, you are the face of Clemenger Groups Iconic Pier 9 offices in Walsh Bay and will play a pivotal role in our client's, visitors and new/existing staff's first impressions. Concierge is looked upon as being/having.
- A confident, friendly and approachable manner.
- The ability to juggle several requests and a relentless determination to see them all through to the end and a rapid understanding of tasks required.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A team player with a ‘can do' ‘what else', solution focused attitude.

As part of Front of House, you will work closely with the Office Manager and the EA to Clemenger Group's CEO to ensure the day to day at Pier 9 runs smoothly.

**This includes**:

- Greeting and dealing with staff and client requests in a friendly and efficient manner (on the phone and in person).
- Meeting room management, set up/pack down of client meetings. Making sure they are clean/tidy and in-room tech is working.
- Delivering mail around the office and posting/couriering mail when required.
- Ordering and preparation or catering for meetings/events, making sure it runs smoothly and on time, acting as the point of contact for catering orders.
- Monitoring stationery stock and ordering as requested/required.
- Monitor daily client visits by liaising with Concierge Manager and key point of contact of company client are seeing.
- Managing kitchens and coffee machine requirements with the ability to make excellent coffees to differing client requests. (Onsite training can be provided)
- Ensuring the Agency is presentable, clean, and always organised including reception, reception waiting area, meeting rooms, open meeting areas, and the kitchens.
- Monitoring and keeping kitchens stocked with chips/drinks/tea bags etc. liaising with finance to get approval of orders and ensuring delivery of stock is properly managed with suppliers.
- Event Management Assistance when required.
- Ensuring the vibe/culture of the agency is fun and looking after the staff by overseeing the music playing in the reception area, making sure the snack bowls, drink fridge and alcohol are stocked daily.
- Flexibility to meet the on-going needs of the Agency and concierge team as priorities change (frequently from hour-to-hour)

About you
- Experience in hospitality and/or a customer facing role with exceptional people skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and administration skills.
- A confident, friendly and approachable manner.
- An ability to juggle several requests and a relentless determination to see them all through to the end and a rapid understanding of tasks required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Outlook.
