**The Leaders**

This role will report to the Senior P&C Business Partner who is a highly experienced leader with extensive experience in all facets of people and culture. The Executive Leadership team are prolific in the property industry and are progressive in their thinking with a true understanding of the value that their people bring to what they do each day.

**The Opportunity**

The role of the People & Culture Coordinator is to provide sound support to the Senior P&C Business Partner and the broader team in the delivery of all people-related matters. You will work closely with leaders across the business and be the point of contact for managers and employees with HR-related enquiries.

Further, you will:

- Ensure processes, practices and documentation is in place for annual and cyclical HR programs of work
- Carry out and provide HR transactional reporting requirements to measure key HR metrics such as employee engagement, retention, attrition, and DE&I
- Provide first level advice to business stakeholders and escalate where appropriate
- Support the senior P&C Business Partner with employee relations and performance related matters with documentation
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team where required
- Manage onboarding and offboarding in conjunction with talent acquisition and the wider P&C team
- Continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support with the rollout of key P&C initiatives such as learning and development, employee engagement, wellness, and other activities
- Manage HRIS data to ensure it is accruate

**About You**

Key to your success in this role will be 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role providing support to a P&C function. The ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible mindset and approach will see you deliver well in this role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are key as you will be building relationships with key business stakeholders, along with a high level of customer service. General knowledge around HR practices and policies would also be advantageous.

The process will consist of two interviews with the client in addition to a phone screen and an interview with a Levyl consultant.
