Our client is an event management company specialising in event management, production, and creative services. They live and breathe events and aim to wow their corporate clients with creative event strategies. They are looking for looking for a Key Account Manager with corporate event experience as well as account management.

**The Role**:

- Grow and retain your portfolio of clients
- Forge strong interpersonal relationships
- Develop and maintain client services management strategy
- Leverage company networks to assist with new business acquisition
- Ensure all pitches are delivered in a concise and timely manner with clear market proposition as per brand standard
- Collaborate with team to ensure high conversion rates
- Demonstrated account management skills in the same or a similar role
- Event Management study and / or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Event management course and/or relevant industry experience
- MICE product experience in key regions & suppliers
