**About the role**:
In your role as **Analyst, Planning and Administration **you will play a key role supporting the broader Global Markets team primarily through administrative and planning tasks.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- To provide general administrative assistance to the Global Markets team
- Control invoices of Vendors registering into internal IT system to make sure timely payment
- Control expense in the department to be reported to regional head office located in Singapore, Hong Kong
- KYC of counterparties co-working with related stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic / international travel for department staffs and support tasks related travel with General Administration Department
- Arrange external / internal meeting logistics for staff
- Support the onboarding for new starters in the department including IT equipment
- Helping drive efficiency and process improvements
- Completing other ad-hoc tasks as directed

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in administrative role, preferably supporting a team
- Diary management
- Ability to prioritise across a range of tasks
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong professional written and verbal communication
- The ability to be organised, able to multitask and work autonomously and proactively.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills are essential
- Personable and professional manner at all times
