IMA Analyst - Investment Administration

**Description**

As an IMA Analyst for the individually or separately managed accounts also covers discretionary accounts, you will perform and monitor the core investment administration function within the team. You will also provide leadership and guidance to team members, be instrumental in the allocation of changing workloads amongst the team and act as an escalation point for client issues.

In your first week in this IMA Analyst function, you can expect to:

- Perform daily cash and asset reconciliations to various custodians.
- Process and instruct various client transactions.
- Liaise with Fund Managers, Brokers and Custodians to ensure settlement of all transactions.
- Provide effective client communication, including responding to all client queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Calculation of client monthly fees and interest

- Possess high levels of communication and analytical skills.
- An understanding and interest in financial markets.
