As an Organisational Capability Partner, you will be at the forefront of shaping our culture and driving change. **Who You Are**:
Are you armed with a relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning, Organisational Development, or a related field? Do you bring a wealth of knowledge in learning and organisational development best practices? We want someone with a pragmatic and innovative mindset, ready to design, facilitate, and coach leadership programs. Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives is a big plus, along with the flexibility to support the team in delivering other internal offerings when needed.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in designing, facilitating and presenting learning and capability programs.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in planning, research, conceptual and strategic analysis, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in office-based software.
- Commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, learning, EEO, Workplace Health and Safety, and ethical principles.

**About the Opportunity and What We Offer**:

- 1x Temporary Part Time (up to 56 hours per fortnight / 4 days per week) position available
- Salary range: $79,011.98 - $91,547.18 per annum (pro-rata) plus 11% superannuation
