**Organisational Capability Partner - Georges River Council**

Georges River Council, a leading and people-focused organisation, is seeking an Organisational Capability Partner to join our award-winning People and Culture business unit. As part of the People Experience Team, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering learning programs that enhance the employee experience, culture and people capability at Georges River Council.

**The Role**:
As the Organisational Capability Partner, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs aligned with the Council's learning and development strategy. Your role will involve partnering with our organisation to enhance leadership, performance excellence, workforce capability, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, retention, and culture. Additionally, you will lead projects across the wider People and Culture team, allowing you to drive change at Georges River Council. This role provides the opportunity to make a positive impact and connect with our diverse workforce is immensely rewarding.

**Who You Are**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in designing, facilitating and presenting learning and capability programs.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in planning, research, conceptual and strategic analysis, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in office-based software.
- Commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, learning, EEO, Workplace Health and Safety, and ethical principles.

**About the Opportunity and What We Offer**:

- 1x Permanent Full-Time (70 hours per fortnight) and 1x Temporary Full-Time or Part-Time position available
- Salary range: $94,511.94 - $109,506.20 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation
