Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing campaign support Develop and execute marketing campaigns for targeted segments leading to IFF business; May need to work with 3rd party marketing agency to design and launch campaign. Develop, test, and launch product concepts relevant to the region.
- Market assessment Market assessment and mapping, identify new opportunities for sales targets through research and segmentation
- Market and consumer insight development Collect and analysis insight of market, consumers, KOLs, translate the insight into product concept. Utilize Mintel, Innova, Luminal and other platform to summary and generate ANZ DS specific insight.
- Sales tool development Support sales presentation and customer meetings, develop customer facing sales tool and presentation.
- Support marketing communication for AP (focus on ANZ) Work with seminar or tradeshow organizer to design booth, banner, handout, gift and other marketing related promotion materials. Support press release, magazine, social media article, digital campaign.

**Job Requirements**:
**Requirement**:

- 5 years experiences in marketing analysis / consumer insights related experiences.
- ANZ dietary supplement or food & beverage industry marketing experiences.
- Food science or microbiology academic knowledge would be a plus for the position.
- Team player (Need to work closely with sales and innovation team, has to be a strong team player with good communication skills, able to organize workshops for concept development).
