About the Role

Manage and nurture relationships with key end users in the Victoria Metro area;
Understand the push/pull nature of sales into distributors & end users;
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth; and

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience as an account manager or Territory Manager preferably in within the VIC metro region;
Strong understanding of the end user and distributor landscape;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
Ability to analyse market trends, identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions;
Results oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targets;
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team; and

Proficiency in CRM software and MS office suite.
