Business Intelligence Lead

You will be an integral part of the Business Intelligence team on a maternity leave cover responsible BAU and compliance reporting. There are some ad hoc requirements generated from different parts of the business. This is a hands on reporting role where you will need to be responsible for your own ETL and building reports. This role is within the health sector and considered a not-for-profit.
**Your Role**:
- 12 month fixed term contract
- Salary sacrificing
- Inner city location (Melbourne)
- 1 day a week in the office + WFH
- SQL, Dynamics + Power BI
- 1 rostered day off every 2 months
**Your role**:
- Lead statutory and business reporting
- Be responsible or all government funding reporting
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide quality reports meeting their needs
- Data wrangling and responsible for your own ETL
- Develop analytical reports, dashboards, datasets and other reporting tools.
**You will need**:
- Tertiary Education Qualification (IT/Maths/Stats) or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient SQL skills including the ability to write complex stored procedures and views.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL Server and Dynamics
- Proficient in Power BI and DAX - Building dashboards from scratch
- Excellent communication skills to uncover stakeholder requirements
- Team player and problem solver
- Heath/Education/Government/NFP Industry experience desired but not essential
This role is joining a broader data team where you can provide your experience to the business. You must be proficient in SQL and dynamics and Power BI is desired but not essential.
