Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to support
the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analysis needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data integrations, and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, with a focus on cloudbased technologies.
  • Technical skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data visualization.
  • Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven history of mentoring and managing a
team of developers and analysts.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with cloudbased data warehouses.
  • Azure Data Factory experience.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
