The **Coordinator of Office Administration** is a critical member of the College’s Religious Formation Team. The team’s core function is to promote the Christian mission of the College and to work towards its more effective implementation in all areas of College life and community.

The Coordinator of Office Administration focuses primarily on ensuring a coordinated and synthesised approach to the range of programs that are under the direction of the Ignatian Centre. This includes the Immersion Program, Liturgical Experiences, Student and Staff Retreats and Formation Experiences, Chaplaincy, and Parent Formation programs.

This role is suited to someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of students and adults and who is seeking a role which they can foster and continually enhance.

Key skills required include:

- High level skills in the MS Office suite, Google forms/sheets, and familiarity Synergetic or a similar database management system.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders of the College community.
- High levels of service delivery and initiative.
- Skills in maintaining and updating publications through InDesign (desirable).
