The Administrative Assistant is an integral member of the Riverview Foundation which forms part of the College’s Advancement office. Your main area of responsibility is to work with the Head of Foundation and Campaign Project Manager, coordinating the stewardship and perpetuation of philanthropy and building relationships across our community. Growing a culture of philanthropy is a key priority for the College and includes a range of short to long-term initiatives. **SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Have previous experience in a donor care, customer service or a coordinator role is an advantage
- Tertiary qualification in Communication, Sponsorship, Business / Commerce or another relevant degree is an advantage
- Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Have strong planning, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Have the ability to respectfully and effectively interact with peers and the College’s community members.
- Have strong verbal and written communication - able to write clearly, concisely and to a high standard.
- Have demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Have a calm, patient approach underpinned by an easy-going and friendly nature.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people.
