The key responsibilities for this role are:

- Must have reception/admin experience
- Must have invoicing experience
- Must know how to send purchase orders
- Must be based in Australia - with full working rights
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be organised and good at multitasking
- Distribute incoming calls
- Photocopy and collate documents
- File documents accurately
- Order office supplies
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team
- Have good problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Part-time (flexible) that will eventually become full-time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $24.92 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silverwater, NSW 2128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
