About us
The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the role
The Project Support Officer is responsible for the provision of high-level secretariat and project officer support to the Judicial Access to Justice Committee and two Access to Justice working groups.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working under limited supervision, provide a range of high-level administrative support functions, including document management, arranging meetings and being a contact point for inquiries about the access to Justice Program
- Monitor project action items to ensure deadlines are met and matters are attended to in a timely manner.
- Support the Director of Registry Services with preparation of project documentation, including reports.
- Plan, coordinate and provide secretariat support to meetings, including the planning and preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting papers, and minute taking.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work cooperatively.
