The **Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Manager - Systems & Accreditation** will lead and maintain our annual ISO certification audits and work with stakeholders towards continuous improvement to meet the required standards.

Reporting our Head of HSW, the incumbent will also lead us to maintain and improve our Winc Safety Systems (DoneSafe, LinkSafe) and HSW Manual and associated information /documentation ensuring and enabling compliance with industry standards and regulations and a positive user experience.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensure that Winc conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Maintain accreditation through leading, managing and coordinating all audit activities relating to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audit cycle.
- Conduct various process improvement audits across the wider business in preparation for external audits and in support of the ISO certification process.
- Develop systems and processes to ensure corrective actions identified are addressed and fully implemented on time and to budget.
- Implement processes with the key stakeholders in the business to include a smooth audit.
- Work with department heads and ELT to ensure ISO documentation is prepared in a timely manner and to the standard required.
- Maintain, improve and verify implementation and compliance withour Winc HSW Systems, Regulatory requirements, KPI’s and other business requirements.
- Build understanding and usability of the HSW Manual and other safety information and documentation.
- Control and manage Winc’s safety information library and documentation
- Maintain HSW input into Enterprise Risk Register
- Maintenance of Winc HSW related software platforms (Linksafe, Donesafe, ChemAlert etc).

***Skills & experience required**:

- Proven track record of maintaining compliance to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and / or system development.
- Experience as an auditee and/or lead auditor in large complex matrix-driven organisations advantageous.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience, potentially from an HSW background.
- Accreditations such as Lead Auditor (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO14001) as well as qualifications/experience in lean manufacturing, auditing, and risk management, will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and senior stakeholder engagement with the ability to present and influence management.
- High analytical and investigative skills with the ability to prioritise and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Willingness to travel with flexibility to travel as required.
